Because Jenni Print Studio offers digital products that are downloaded by the user at the time of purchase, our refund and return policy is that no returns are accepted and generally no refunds are given.
However, if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, we are determined to make it right. Please reach out to Jennifer@jenniprintstudio.com immediately to let us know what went wrong and how we can help. We are always looking to improve and appreciate all feedback. If there is something that we genuinely cannot fix, we will be happy to amend our return and refund policy to refund your purchase.
